Refund Policy for Baked Goods

Thank you for your purchase at Ruby The Cake Artist. We strive to deliver the highest quality baked goods and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances when you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have put in place the following Refund Policy to address such situations.

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Service at contact@rubythecakeartist.com. We request that you send us photos of the damaged or defective product. Once we review and approve your claim, we will issue a refund or replace the item, based on your preference and item availability.

2. Incorrect Items:

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation:

For standard orders, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Service to request a cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

For custom or bulk orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued, as preparation of the items will have begun.

4. Change of Mind:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

Please note that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary restrictions that were not communicated to us prior to placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have read the product description and ingredients before making a purchase.

6. Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
